Refund policy

4-23 Apparel doesn't accept returns, but you are welcome to exchange your shirt should you need a different size. Please email info@423apparel.com with your order number to exchange your merchandise. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.

If you would like to make an exchange, your item must be in new, unworn and unwashed condition. Once we receive the item back, we will issue a gift card via email for the price of the shirt. This gift card can be used for any items on our website. If your item is returned and has been worn or washed, it will be donated and no gift card will be issued.

***All exchanges must be received by 4-23 Apparel within 7 days of receipt of your package.***

All sales are final on personalized, custom or holiday orders. We DO NOT accept any exchanges on personalized, custom or holiday related items.

Any packages received after 7 days will be refused by 4-23 Apparel and returned to the sender.
